• Normally for any consultation,operation or procedure service it is by schedule or appointment that is the reason why the operating hours is from 8:00-8:00PM.Monday to Saturday.

What is L.O.A.?

• Means Letter of Authorization.Before going to the accredited hospital,this is readily available for pick-up.Members of VeraBellezza Healthcard will be Advised to get this in the HMO department thru coordinator and this will serve as the proof of payment since member is paid already before the scheduled consultations,operations,and/or procedures facilitated by any of the Isupport officer.

How long you process L.O.A. for consultation?

• After calling our hotlines,our iSupport Officer can process the L.O.A. thru coordinators with maximum of 4 hrs.

What if the member needs to be confine,how long you can process the L.O.A. for confinement?

What makes VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard Different from HMOs and other healthcard?

• Pay Php15,000 to Php25,000 annually.If unused,the premium already paid cannot be taken back from the healthcare provider.

I’m already an HMO member .Can I still be a member of VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard?

• Yes,you may still get a VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard membership eventhough you are already an HMO member.the discount on doctor’s fees will be applied after the benefits of your HMO card.

Why do I need to load the account ?Why can’t I just pay to hospital directly?

• Please remember that your VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard is a prepaid,reloadable discount healthcard and not a policy-based one.You must load your account in order to avail of the special discount on doctor’s/professional fees.

How will my Philhealth benefits apply?

• Your VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard discount will be deducted after your Philhealth benefits have been applied.Simply indicate your Philhealth number in the hospital information Sheet for a hassle –free reduced billing.

Can I still avail of my Senior Citzen discount when I use my VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard?

• The senior citizen card and the VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard complement each other.The senior citizen discount may be used during confinement or hospitalization.Your VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard membership gives discounts to the doctor’s consultation fee.

If I lose my card,what should I do?

• You can call on the Hotlines given for replacement with minimal membership card fee.

• Simply fill out the Verabellezza Prepaid Healthcare Assistance Application Form and Submit the Application Form to the VeraBellezza Office.

How to use?

Using your VeraBellezza Prepaid HealthCare Assistance is very simple and can be done in 3 SIMPLE STEPS!
Step 1:CALL

• Call us and our iConnex HealthCare Solutions officer will be happy to assist you.Hotlines can be found at the back of the card and on your membership certificate

• The Isupport officer will ask for your membership details and the doctor and hospital of your choice or will refer you from our list of doctors in accredited hospitals.

• The iOfficer will advise you to load your VeraBellezza Prepaid Healthcard of the discounted amount based on your advised availment thru our payment gateways.Choose from any of the convenient payment gateways:EC Pay outlets,7 11,banks,and also through Globe GCash.
